VRS-300 Central Air Conditioner Casing consists of closed aluminum profiles connected with robust corner fasteners made of aluminum alloy or high-strength fiberglass-reinforced plastic. The walls are constructed from three-layer panels with an internal core of dense mineral wool with a thickness of 25 mm. The external sheet of the panels is made of galvanized steel, 0.7 mm thick.

Upon request, the external panel surfaces can be finished with powder coating; the default color is RAL 7004. The panels are secured to the frame using internal fasteners, and a special sealant is applied between the panels and the frame to prevent air leakage through the casing.

VRS-300 air handling units are mounted on galvanized steel support frames with a height of 150 mm, with an optional frame height of 350 mm available upon request.
