RADIAL FANS

The VRAN-DU/DUV fans are designed for removing smoke and combustion gases generated during a fire and can also be used in general ventilation systems.

The fans are equipped with a left- or right-hand rotating impeller with backward-curved blades of a special aerodynamic shape, which ensures high efficiency, stable performance, and low noise levels.

The spiral casing is rotatable, allowing flexible installation and easy adaptation to the layout of the ventilation system.

The fans can operate in two modes:

• DU – smoke extraction mode;

• DUV – combined smoke extraction and ventilation mode (in this case, the fans are equipped with motors designed for continuous operation).

The fans are fitted with standard three-phase asynchronous single-speed motors. For VRAN 9 models manufactured according to the 1st design scheme, it is possible to install motors that allow frequency speed control.

Execution:

• general purpose industrial (N);

• corrosion-resistant (CR1) — only for DUV mode;

• explosion-proof (V) — only according to the 1st design scheme for DUV mode;

• explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant (VCR1) — only according to the 1st design scheme for DUV mode.
