Manual-electric high-pressure fan

ERV-4 is a high-pressure manual-electric fan designed for supply and exhaust ventilation in shelters, radiation-protected rooms, shafts, and engineering structures. Operates from the electrical grid or via manual drive, ensuring continuous airflow even during power outages — crucial for civil protection shelters.

The fan includes three main components:
– fan unit;
– gearbox with manual handle;
– electric motor.

Equipped with a right-rotating impeller with backward-curved blades for high efficiency and low noise. Housing is made of carbon steel with RAL 7016 powder coating.
Spiral casing is non-rotatable.
Standard three-phase single-speed asynchronous motor is included. Gearbox has an automatic clutch for seamless switching between electric and manual operation.

Operating temperature range: –20° C to +40° C.
Handles air and gas mixtures with dust and solid particles up to 100 mg/m³, free from sticky and fibrous materials.
