Round Aspiration Duct Saddle

The AD-VR-A round aspiration take-off is designed for connecting round aspiration ducts to rectangular air ducts or ducts of a different diameter. It is used in aspiration, dust extraction, and industrial ventilation systems to create branches while maintaining system airtightness.
In the standard version, the take-off diameter corresponds to the nipple size. A coupling-type version is available upon request.
Before installation, a layer of silicone sealant must be applied between the take-off and the duct surface. Fastening is carried out using self-tapping screws or blind rivets, ensuring a secure and airtight connection.
Type 2 configuration is used for connecting ducts of different diameters under the condition ØD ≥ ØD1 + 70, with a standard length L of 60 mm. Type 3 features a standard branch angle of 45°, improving airflow aerodynamics.
Flange height — 6 mm. Material — galvanized steel.
