AXIAL FANS
The OZA-201 axial smoke extraction fan is designed for smoke removal during and after a fire, ensuring safe evacuation routes for people from burning premises. The fan operates reliably under extreme conditions and effectively removes combustion products and hot air from buildings and enclosed spaces.
The OZA-201 does not interfere with other building systems such as sprinklers, power lines, or surveillance camera fields of view. Its energy-efficient design consumes less power than conventional systems, as the fan operates only when needed and has no pressure losses due to the absence of air ducts.
The fan requires no additional installation rooms and features quick and simple mounting, as well as easy configuration adjustments. This makes it a cost-effective and reliable solution for modern smoke ventilation systems.
The OZA-201 axial low-pressure fans consist of:
a newly designed impeller similar to the OZA-300 series,
-
an all-welded casing,
-
and an asynchronous motor housed within the casing.
The impeller features adjustable blade angles and three-dimensional injection-molded blades that maximize the flow cross-section and significantly reduce outlet velocity.
Thanks to this innovative design, the fans achieve high static efficiency at operating pressures between 100 Pa and 300 Pa.
The shortened fan casing reduces overall weight while maintaining rigidity. Fully edge-raised flanges ensure precise geometry and structural strength, guaranteeing long-term durability and stable performance.
